Training Sessions

At Garage Fit Evington we cater to people that prefer to train in a private setting. Imagine having access to all of the equipment in the facility without having to wait in a line. No wait. No crowds. No disruptions. Clients can utilize the facility for only $5/hour.

Personal Training Sessions

Do you want to take your training to the next level, or do you need some extra motivation or supervision? If you answered ‘Yes’ to any of these items then the 1-hour Personal Training Sessions may be for you. The workouts for these sessions are designed by a Certified Exercise Physiologist / Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Personal training sessions are an additional ($40) add-on to the regular booking.

Body Composition Assessment

This is a great assessment to have done at the beginning of your fitness journey in order to establish a baseline. From this assessment you will learn how much fat mass and lean mass you have on your body. The body composition assessment can also be done monthly or semi-monthly to evaluate your progress. This is an additional ($15) add-on to the regular booking.

Aerobic Assessment

The aerobic assessment is conducted on a Monark 828E cycle ergometer, while your heart rate and blood pressure is monitored. From this assessment we can calculate your VO2max and your tolerance for exercise. This is an additional ($25) add-on to the regular booking.
