Jim Schoffstall
Jim is a certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM: EP-C) and a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA: CSCS). Jim has served as a strength and conditioning coach at the high school and collegiate level. Additionally, he has worked in cardiac rehab and has been a professor of exercise science at Liberty University 20+ years. In college Jim was a D1 wrestler at ODU.
Heather Schoffstall
Heather has been involved in athletics and fitness for most of her life. In college Heather was a D1 diver at ODU, where she was a 3x conference champion, and has been inducted into the ODU Athletics Hall of Fame. Heather has served as a coach in gymnastics and diving. She was also a 2x collegiate national powerlifting champion.
